The Tysons needed more space to entertain and more bedroom space.  They called us in for a consultation and we designed a two part plan that included 2 bedrooms and a loft over the garage, and a great room out the back for a total of over 1000 square feet of new space.  The fireplace is of a natural stone veneer with wood storage, a reclaimed hemlock mantel that matches the hemlock exposed beams.
